Terms & Conditions of PrepConnect Discord Access

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before accessing the PrepConnect Discord server (the "Service") operated by PrepConnect.

1. Subscription Fee and Payment

1.1 By accessing the PrepConnect Discord server, you agree to pay a non-refundable monthly subscription fee of $15 USD as well as a $5.99 one-time payment through a third-party service named Whop. You understand that your access to the Service is contingent upon the timely payment of this subscription fee.

1.2 You acknowledge that failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the termination of your access to the Service.

2. Giveaways and Exclusive Content

2.1 You understand and agree that PrepConnect may host giveaways exclusively for members of the Discord server. Participation in these giveaways is subject to the rules and guidelines provided by PrepConnect.

2.2 Exclusive content, including but not limited to discussions, resources, and events, may be provided solely to members of the Discord server. You acknowledge that access to this content is a benefit of your subscription.

3. Nature of Information

3.1 You acknowledge that all information provided on PrepConnect, including but not limited to opinions, experiences, and advice, is based solely on personal opinions and experiences. None of the information provided on PrepConnect constitutes professional advice or guidance.

3.2 You understand that any actions taken based on the information provided on PrepConnect are at your own risk, and PrepConnect shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such actions.

4. Termination of Service

4.1 PrepConnect reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

4.2 In the event of termination or suspension of your access to the Service, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 PrepConnect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the PrepConnect Discord server.

6.2 Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 You expressly understand and agree that PrepConnect, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

(a) The use or inability to use the Service;
(b) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;
(c) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
(d) Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
(e) Any other matter relating to the Service.

8.2 PrepConnect shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond PrepConnect's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorist actions, war, labor disputes, power outages, and governmental actions.

9. Indemnification

9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold PrepConnect, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PrepConnect expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 PrepConnect makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

By adding these clauses, the company can further protect itself from potential liabilities arising from the use of the service.

11. Terms and Conditions for Supply Procurement Services

PrepConnect facilitates the procurement of emergency supplies, including but not limited to survival gear, medical supplies, freeze-dried food, water filtration systems, energy solutions, and home security equipment, through third-party suppliers.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the procurement of supplies. This includes, but is not limited to, personal details, specific supply requirements, and delivery information.

4. Third-Party Suppliers
PrepConnect partners with reputable third-party suppliers to procure the necessary supplies. While we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of these suppliers, PrepConnect does not directly control the products or services provided by third parties.

5. Orders and Payments
All orders must be placed through PrepConnect. Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client. Payments must be made in full before the procurement process begins.

6. Delivery and Shipping
PrepConnect will coordinate with third-party suppliers to arrange the delivery of supplies. Delivery times may vary based on the supplier’s location and inventory. PrepConnect is not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping and delivery handled by third parties.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party suppliers. PrepConnect will assist clients in processing returns and refunds, but the final decision rests with the supplier.

8. Warranty and Liability
Any warranties on products are provided by the third-party suppliers. PrepConnect does not offer any additional warranties and is not liable for any defects or issues with the supplied products. Clients should refer to the supplier’s warranty policy for claims and inquiries.

Welcome to PrepConnect. These Terms and Conditions govern the emergency planning services provided by PrepConnect. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
PrepConnect offers comprehensive emergency planning services, including the creation of evacuation plans, reunification spots, emergency response plans, and organized information like phone numbers and a binder with routes, procedures, and locations.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the development of customized emergency plans. This includes personal details, family information, specific planning needs, and any other relevant information.

4. Consultation and Assessment
PrepConnect will conduct an initial consultation and assessment to understand the client’s needs and risks. This may involve virtual or in-person meetings, home inspections, and detailed discussions to gather necessary information.

5. Customized Emergency Plan
Based on the assessment, PrepConnect will develop a customized emergency plan tailored to the client's specific needs. This plan will include evacuation routes, communication plans, reunification spots, and emergency procedures.

6. Training and Education
As part of the premium service, clients will receive two training sessions on emergency response, first aid, and survival skills. Additional training and education opportunities may be offered based on the selected service plan.

7. Deliverables
Clients will receive a comprehensive binder containing all emergency plans, routes, contacts, procedures, and locations. A digital version of the binder may also be provided for easy access.

8. Fees and Payments
The fees for emergency planning services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to the client. Payments must be made in full before the final delivery of the customized emergency plan.
